When I drop into presence in the present Now-moment I go past the judgement of the constricted self. When I drop into presence in the present Now-moment I go past the attack forms in my mind. When I drop into presence in the present Now-moment I yield past constriction to enter into the extraordinary expanded Self. I download my extraordinary expanded Self whenever I choose to. In time, there is a linear journey: I am this, I am that. In eternity I am forever expanded, forever extraordinary. I download that knowing now, today.
